Professor Dr. Stephanie Birkner researches and teaches at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. After completing her business administration degree, Stephanie obtained a doctorate in the field of consulting research. Today, she is an assistant professor for female entrepreneurship. Among other things, her work focuses on the peculiarities and (future) challenges of the female shift when it comes to the economic thinking and acting of all stakeholders. As co-founder, Stephanie Birkner enriches GREP with her academic expertise as well as her practical experience as a qualified coach, focusing on the (further) development of skill profiles. The initiation and support of innovation processes in our projects as well as the methodological conception behind the GREP campus is her area of expertise.

Olivia Merz is a certified intercultural trainer and graduate translator for Chinese and Indonesian. She optimally prepares specialists and executives for cooperation with Chinese business partners, employees and colleagues. Seminars belong likewise to the offer of its enterprise Bridge2Culture, like the individual preparation of high-level personnel. Through Olivia Merz, an expert in Chinese culture, she supports Grep in establishing contacts and relationships with Asian investors.
