Professor Dr. Stephanie Birkner researches and teaches at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. After completing her business administration degree, Stephanie obtained a doctorate in the field of consulting research. Today, she is an assistant professor for female entrepreneurship. Among other things, her work focuses on the peculiarities and (future) challenges of the female shift when it comes to the economic thinking and acting of all stakeholders. As co-founder, Stephanie Birkner enriches GREP with her academic expertise as well as her practical experience as a qualified coach, focusing on the (further) development of skill profiles. The initiation and support of innovation processes in our projects as well as the methodological conception behind the GREP campus is her area of expertise.

Project developer and property manager Detlef Breitzke can look back on over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Detlef has a degree in business administration with a focus on real estate business, controlling, marketing and IT. He has experience in owner, corporate, bank and publicly managed companies with national and international activities; among other things, he was responsible for real estate management at Strabag PFS GmbH with over 40,000 properties nationwide and about 800 employees. During his time as managing director for Jade Bay GmbH, he worked intensively with the Asian markets and handled intercultural cooperation. Detlef Breitzke is married and lives in Hamburg as well in the southern North Sea region. His role within GREP is handling strategic development, commercial management and IT as well as developing our GREP online platform. He is also involved in the acquisition of investors and projects and takes on project management functions.
